Introduction
20% OFF FiRST VISIT when you mention this website!I like to think of massage therapy and yoga as methods of helping people feel better, and empowering them by creating a space to become more self aware. Once the distraction of physical stress or pain is lifted, we have the chance to take a breath and just feel good. Oftentimes, I see the stress across clients’ faces and almost literally the weight on their shoulders before a treatment. I believe holistic modalities like myofascial release massage and yoga (literally meaning “to yoke,” or “union”) give people a chance to feel their mind, body, and heart connection, and bring us back to what matters to us as individuals. When that same person walks out of the treatment room, I can tell that some part of them, maybe even just subconsciously, has remembered what it is like to rest, to breath, and to smile. I love this gift.
Imagine how the world might be different if everyone had a regular massage…

Her semi-private yoga sessions are focused on alignment for greater body and health awareness. Those suffering from back and neck pain, sciatica, migraines, whiplash, muscle spasms and stress-related tension can greatly benefit from massage and yoga.
Products/Services Offered
A full range of techniques are offered and utilized based on your unique needs and interests. Receive the experience of total mind/body relaxation. Get relief from chronic or acute pain, stiffness, inflammation. Receive the benefits of improved circulation, flexibility, and range of motion.Swedish: A gentle, fluent form of bodywork for that promotes relaxation, eases muscle tension, and improves blood circulation to the muscle tissue, leaving you in a head-to-toe, all over peaceful state of being.
Trigger Point Therapy: Relieves pain and stiffness caused by “knots” in the muscle – often these trigger points are the cause of discomfort in other areas of the body, referred to as “differed pain.”
Deep Tissue: A focused technique working with the deeper layers of the muscle aimed at releasing chronic tension, removing toxins, while relaxing and soothing the muscle.
Myofascial Release: This slow and subtle technique can be used to unblock fascia, releasing this soft tissue and stretching muscle throughout the body, restoring total physical harmony.
Hot Stone: Experience the healing and soothing benefits of Hot Stone Massage. Smooth, heated basalt stones are used beneath the body and during the massage, their warmth penetrating deeply into the tissues of the body releasing muscle tension and promoting good circulation.
Alignment Based Yoga
A yoga practice can help bring mind and body into a more neutral and settled place. From there we feel grounded, steady, and more open to lifeʼs challenges. Yoga means “to yoke,” or “union” of mind, body, and spirit. When we take time to connect all parts of ourselves, we are able to identify our most genuine and joyful self, and from there, are also best prepared to be there for our loved ones.

Testimonials
Megan is an excellent massage therapist who I highly recommend! Certainly you will find that she is well trained in a variety of modalities, but what separates her from other therapists is intuition. She instinctively knows what the body needs and then applies the appropriate technique in harmony with the body. The results are exceptional!Teresa Mazur
