Prior to immersing myself into the world of oils, I battled with restless nights that ended up impacting my ability to focus, productivity, and even many physical activities. 

I felt that I tried everything to help prepare myself for a solid night of sleep, but nothing worked and I began to lose faith. I started thinking that maybe I would be exhausted for the remainder of my life until a good friend shared how to incorporate oils into my nightly routine and everything changed.

Essential oils gave me a sense of peace prior to closing my eyes that nothing previously as able to achieve and I found myself lost in wonderful dreams while waking up feeling wildly refreshed.
